I was a bit amaze with the good stuffs going on for Globe Telecom at the moment and I have to say that they have a best consumer offering for the time being making them very much more favorable for a shift killing Smart Telecom halfway. (Trying to connect my previous Excerpts Saturday! post in the matter!)

First and foremost, their latest Super-Unli promo which offer unlimited call and text for only Php150.00 for 5 days making a run to the Smarts Php100.00 Unlimited Calls for 5 days also. This is something catchy for Globe because text is included in the offer making it for desirable than Smarts, although you also need to register for this promo to avail it which makes it very much the same with the competitor and would likely came out with the same scheme rather leaving registration difficult but this needs to be proven though with Globe gunning it for offset, maybe they will be more considerate in the matter, cross my finger.
Register by simply texting SUPER150 to 2824, and you'll enjoy unlimited texts to Globe / TM for 5 days. To make unlimited calls, change the 0 to 238 at the start of the Globe / TM number you are calling (eg 238917xxxxxxx). Available for Globe Prepaid, Tattoo Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers. Then a comeback of Globe's website base Surf All Day promo which offers unlimited mobile internet browsing per site for only 20 pesos per day but this time tagging more sites with Ping.fm and Plurk.com added to Friendster, Facebook and Wikipedia. Globe is really making a big headway here since the possibility of accessing more sites in the future can be foreseen which will become a big game shifter on my part specially if they can finally add Twitter on the list. I would definitely junk Smart right away if Globe can do this and with me were the rest of the Filipino twitter legions.
It's undeniably true that Twitter fan base in the Philippines is growing with more and more celebrities (like me, hahaha, joke!) hooked with it and been promoting there account publicly. The effect of this move will be massive, and Globe should jump in to this as early as they can.
