Globe Telecom never fails to surprise me, this time around, there new business plan packages that were cheaper and more customizable than ever. I’ve just recently talked to one of their Care Specialist, Yam Antazo who shared with me some interesting tidbits, thanks for the information Yam, till next time.
First came first, Globe Business Starter Plan which could now be either of the following:
Calls:
a. Unli BLoop offered at PhP99.00 – this is a type of offer where users get unlimited calls between 5 other postpaid numbers enrolled in the business plan. Nothing new here since this had already been offered under personal postpaid accounts but this is the first time that they offered it to Business subscribers and first time to offer it within 5 enrolled lines.
b. Unli Call PhP299.00 – offered in the old business plan, this is a type of offer where users get unlimited call to Globe and TM subscribers.
c. Duo + Unli Call PhP499 – another new offer, where users get unlimited calls to Globe, TM and Landline within the same registered area, meaning unlimited landline calls within Metro Manila if you are registered in Metro Manila
Texts:
a. 300 text messages to all networks for PhP99.00 – a new offer where you get 300 FREE text messages to all networks.
b. Unli Text PhP199.00 – a new offer where users get unlimited text to Globe and TM, a very affordable offer.
c. Unli Text All P599.00 – where you get unlimited SMS to all networks, a personal postpaid plan add-on that can now be enjoyed by Business Plan subscribers.
Browsing: (Add-on)
a. 100MB for PhP99.00 – a new plan offer where you get 100MB of mobile browsing for just PhP99 pesos.
b. Unli Browsing for PhP999.00 – unlimited mobile browsing.
The new package does not include the PhP499 anymore (Unlimited Call to TM and Globe + 300 text messages to all network), but you can still avail it if you’re an existing subscriber but I was advice not to, instead they wants me to downgrade to Plan 299 and just avail the 300 text messages to all network package for PhP99.00 since they have the same service feature yet would only cost me PhP398 instead of PhP499, that’s PhP101 less than the previous. A huge savings here!
Handsets offered for the Business Starter Plan, a FREE Nokia C1-01 and Samsung Nari for any of the aforementioned packages not lesser than the Duo + Unli Call PhP499 and excluding the Browsing offers.
For the Business Value 999, similar to the past offer, users can enjoy, Unlimited Call and Text to Globe and TM and 60 minutes of local calls to other network. FREE handset offered in this plan package, the Nokia C1-01, Samsung Nari, Nokia 5250 and the Samsung B6500.
For Business Advantage 1499, again, very much similar to the old offer where users get to enjoy Unlimited Call and Text to Globe and TM, 120 minutes of local calls and 300local text to other networks. FREE handset offered, the Nokia C1-01, Samsung Nari, Nokia 5250, Samsung B6500, Nokia C6, Nokia C6-01, Samsung i5700 and the Nokia E6.
This is the best postpaid offer yet for anyone planning to own the candybar QWERTY touch and type power device, Nokia E6, my dream form factor. The device offers users the best of three worlds, fast and savvy touch user interface, the most refutable E-Series built and design and the best Business suite in the smartphone market.
For Business Executive 2499, like the old offer, users get to enjoy Unlimited Call and Text to Globe and TM, 120 minutes of local calls and 300 local texts to other networks and Unlimited mobile browsing, a more favorable plan for people who incorporate mobile internet to their lifestyle. And last but not the least, a new package, the Business Elite 3499 offering Unlimited Call and Text to Globe and TM, 240 minutes of local calls and 600 local texts to other networks, Unlimited mobile browsing and Unlimited WIFI internet access. The Unlimited WIFI internet is a WIFI hotspot feature using your phone, somewhat irrelevant actually since most of the phones now have applications that makes the phone a hotspot.

For existing Business Plan subscribers who were able to complete the 24month lock in period, you can avail for a loyalty reward program and one of them is an installment plan with zero interest on gadgets or devices they offer for 12 - 24months. My business plan ends in 3 months and I’m thinking of availing the said privilege, might be a phone (Nokia N9 or Nokia 800) or tablet (Apple iPad2 or any other tablet) depending on its availability.
If I hailed Sun Cellular Business Plan as the cheapest in the past article, yes it is at the moment with their unlimited offer for Call and Text for PhP350, but the PhP389 combination package of Globe, it is the best offer to serve my needs. At the moment I could say, Today Will I Go lang nang Go for Globe, but anything can happen in the next 3 months, competitors might come up with better offers and snatch my vote and the rest of my 7 subscribers under my Business plan, is Smart Communications and Sun Cellular up for the challenge?
