One of my most crave as of the moment is to own this phone, Nokia N82 Black Edition. Its just that right now I have to wait for my Metrobank credit card to be delivered. I wonder why it took them to long to deliver it, according to them, my card was approved June 16, 2008 and forwarded my card for delivery June 18, now its already July 9, and still my card have not arrive. Possibilities; it might have been lost, it might have fallen to a wrong hand, or it might be that Metrobank's delivery system is the lamest. Which is which is alarming and needs full attention from the company.
Back to Nokia N82, I've been to Mega Manila recently and took time strolling around to canvass for the price of this phone. Most of the store I've visited where Nokia Stores from different Malls around the Megapolis. I believe this is the safest way to buy authentic, Finland made phones knowing that their were a lot of fake and refurbished Nokia phones flooding the market nowadays, we generally call them here "China phones".
Prices of Nokia N82 Black Edition range from P20,000 to P23,000. Nokia Store in Glorietta has the cheapest, P20,600 while the most expensive was Nokia Store in SM North Edsa, P22,900. Nokia Trinoma tagged P21,900 to it same to that of Nokia SM Mall of Asia and Nokia Greenhills while at Nokia SM Megamall, its around 22,600 same to that of Nokia Robinsons Galleria.
On the other hand the cheapest among the Non Nokia Store is P16,000.00 from a Greenhills Mall retailer, I haven't really got the name of the retail store since most of them are selling only in booths and majority of them don't post the name of their store, to confuse buyers maybe.(Right Inset Image) I wonder why their price is cheap compared to Nokia Stores?
Some of Retail stores have 6-12 months zero installment deals, to mention a few, BSD International Greenhills have a 6 months plan for only P3,433 per month, Ambasador of Greenhills have 6-12 months deal where you will pay as low as P1,816.00 in 12 months and Quality Cellularphone Shop in West Avenue with P1,846.00 in 12 months.
I'll buy mine though in Nokia Store Limketkai Center in Cagayan De Oro City, it cost only P19,999 with a 6 month zero installment deal for credit card users. More cheaper than the prices in Mega Manila, Ironic isn't it?
Anyways, hope this post helps those who are soon to be owners of Nokia N82. Love life everyone.
