My N82, 6 Months and Counting

Today is the 6months birthday of my Nokia n82. Just a slight run over of its current status, still, everything works well, talking about toughness here.

I never have a phone before that looks and feels brand new after 6 months of use, just my N82, its either because I took care of it very well or its because it was made to stand the test of time. I do have some small scratches on the front screen and on top part near the power button but other than that it remains shiny and attractive. My D pad on the right part has a small snitched, erased silver coat but it doesn't bother me and I have already mentioned the water vapor that zipped inside the screen that leaves dustlike white particles and its unnoticeable, its just me being to quirky.

Performance wise, I have a few restarts if I use Nokia Maps with the music player at the same time, a reinstalling software scenario every time I restart my phone, it says untrusted software on memory card, what else, I think that's about it, and other than all this, its still as fast as before, it still gave me the best images and video, fast Internet browsing, fast GPS locking among others. It didn't even have major issues that needs servicing or repair and the battery life have not faltered, truly amazing.

As of this moment, replacing this phone is not an option for me yet, until now I haven't found its worthy successor among all the new breads, I might have been tempted to buy N85, E71 or the new fav on the block, 5800 XpressMusic even to the point of selling the device on eBay.ph with a buyer in line so I can buy this new phones, but after days end, my N82 still emerged among them all, whip face down and strong.

My next phone would then be the Corolla or the N97 and that would be coming out 6 months from now, just in time for my Nokia N82 to grow older and bolder.
