Not only that modu mobile phones will grace the Philippine shores this month, it will be among the first country to launch the worlds "Lightest Fully-Functional Phone" in the world accounted by the Guinness Book of World Record. Now at least somebody recognize the importance of this country to the mobilephone world!

mudo Ltd. have sealed a partnership with Globe Telecom to introduce mudo in the country, the very first flagship phone that weighs only 1.5 oz. yet carries a fully loaded mobile phone features.

Seemed like a very capable phone to me and very competitive to the Philippine mobile phone market. There were no retail price yet as of the moment but if this phone could go below Php5,000 marked, this will hit a big mark here.
