Nokia Gets Closer Than Ever To Users

The world’s biggest cellphone maker solidifies one of its strongest turf in the competition by creating Nokia Care application that lets users access the best customer support group in the world whenever and wherever they may be. No other cellphone maker has surpassed Nokia yet when it comes to efficiency, promptness, accessibility and availability of care centers in strategic locations.

Upon opening the application, it will show options for Self Help that lists down simple steps users can follow when they need information’s, tips, FAQ’s, Software updates or just about anything phone related. They can even ask Nokia about your concerns, just don’t ask them questions on personal problems, righty?

The Call Careline button is a feature that allows users to connect to standby call agents by a single click eliminating the need to search telephone directories or online for Nokia's local numbers. The application will automatically identify the number of the nearest care center.

Another application feature and that I like most personally is the Appointment that lets users schedule personal consultations to a Nokia Care Center of your choice and just like the Call Careline, it is location base, so users will be prompted with the nearest and most accessible. And it just doesn’t end there, once users have chosen they're center of choice, the application will then show the information's such as the center's exact address, telephone number via a call button and map directing users to the centers exact location. Hows that for a Customer Care?












Then the Status button to check repair status by simply providing your tracking number.

And last but not the least, Locate feature that finds and maps out the nearest care center. Just like the Appointment feature, it will provide users with the care center's complete address, call button and map location.

I just want to point out a problem that I encounter on the application, the mapped location is not accurate like for instance in the picture below, the identified area is not care center's exact location but more or less 500 meters away from it. Hopefully Nokia can fix this as soon as possible, other than this, the application is a treasure for everyone to behold.
