Nokia continues to highlight the importance of recycling old cell phones.
Nokia's Mobile Man serves as a friendly reminder for people to recycle old mobile phones and phone-related accessories. The Mobile Man itself is made up of approximately 270 cell phones as well as phone casings, keypads, internal metallic frames/bracings, ear phones, and mother boards (including detachable parts like the speakers).
He is 180 cm tall and currently weighs 32 kg. The bench was also constructed from old phones. He has found a new home near the Greenbelt 3 cinema. Anyone can drop off their used cell phones (any brand) at the recycling bins found in Nokia Care Centers, Globe Telecom stores and Ayala Malls nationwide.
Not your ordinary man, I know. Keep on dropping your old broken phones to the aforementioned recycling bins, and who knows, they might have more creative projects ahead.
