Nokia gunned another S60 device to the mobilephoneverse, the very stylish 6730 to be release exclusively for Vodaphone. I'm not very much into featuring new phones in this blog unless I find it special and something noteworthy.
I love the design of this phone, the glossy white finish, keypad arrangements, metal side railings among others, its an overall attractive phone for me with an N97 outer cover. The device is said to be a perfect upgrade for Nokia 6500c or 6300 users or anyone seeking an elegant device. Again, Nokia Design department made another remarkable job here, Kudos.
This is a midrange phone thus features and specs were moderate, head start, a 2.2 inches 16million color resolution screen, 48MB internal memory, microSD support, 3G, EDGE, HSCSD, Bluetooth, 3.2MP with autofocus and 15fps video capture, Stereo FM with RDS, A-GPS, Nokia Maps, Java MIDP 2.1, MP3 Player, 1050mAh battery (N82 like), 500 hours of Standby Time and 10 hours of Talk Time. Nokia have been pushing devices battery performance lately, all good since a big chunk of consumers considers this aspects in choosing devices.
Nokia 6730 will start selling in Vodafone ramp by June, watch out for it.
