Nokia N97 Clone, Now Selling on eBay.ph

It seemed that the Chinese cloners made a good run against Nokia in bringing the most anticipated phone of the season, Nokia N97 Clones have now landed on the Philippine shore and now being sold in eBay.ph for Php9,000 or 200 Dollars US. As you can see in the image inset, it looks very much the same as N97 specially the form factor and the icons used. Cloners have really improve a lot this past few days, differences between the looks of original and fakes were blurring and this have to be stopped once and for all before it gets worse. Have their been actions taken by manufacturing companies against this people? Features of the phone were crap of course but with new improvements like QVGA HD television? This will not affect the sales of N97 phones somehow but it definitely compete against original mid range phones being sold within the price range.
Features listed by the Seller: Dual GSM card dual standby, qualquart-band TV (What the hell was qualquart?)

1. GSM dual-card double standby; quart-band850/900/1800/1900;
2. high-speed Bluetooth, wireless enjoyment.
3. the world`s first 3.0 "QVGA large-screen high-definition television, free 360-degree rotation, five longer antenna, strong signal reception;
4. high-definition dual cameras (video network support); (Does he mean this phone have HD?)
5. FM radio, support out play;
6. equipped with PC keyboard operation, the spin flip widescreen display;
7. support a variety of MP3 (lyrics can be displayed simultaneously), MP4 (3GP, AVI, MP4, etc.) broadcast format;
8. support T-FLASH cards, mass memory unlimited expansion;
9. support calls show, ringtones, video calls;

Anyways, I'm waiting for the Original Nokia N97 of course and hopfully no one buys Clone products anymore so they will nor proliferate, lets respect intellectual property rights.
