The Nokia N8 challenge continues, this time the video capture capability of the phone which spec's wise could produce a High Definition quality with 720p @25 frames per second with codecs H.264, MPEG-4, a settings for scene, video light, white balance, colour tone and dual microphones for stereo audio recording
It so happen that we recently had a Philippine Barangay and Sanguniang Kabataan Election last September 25, 2010 so I took the phone to test its video caliber. The video features the manual voting process we had here and how uncomfortable the method was for the voting public.
