The Philippines largest telecom network, Smart Communications Inc. launched a teaser webpage marking March 28, 2012 as the arrival of a social powerhouse and the worlds first Nokia Windows Phone, the Nokia Lumia 710.
The teaser page did not provide any other information besides the date and the phones major features and specifications, but I believe, the said date will be its official announcement with plan packages in store and a pre-order web page.
