Their is really no reason why I cant buy my first Windows Phone device since the Nokia Lumia 510 is a dole out for a cash challenge consumers like me. If indeed my budget wont suffice for my Nokia Lumia 920 dream phone, then my fall back won't neither be as profound. Sales are planned to begin in November 2012, starting with India and China, and followed closely by other Asia-Pacific countries and South America.
