The metal designed Nokia Lumia 925 with PureView camera technology starts selling today in Germany to be followed by other European markets and China in the next few weeks, and soon U.S. and the rest of the world.
The new Nokia behemoth showcases the latest PureView camera innovation that captures the best low-light images with the most advanced lens technology, the next-generation imaging software like the new Nokia Smart Camera that capture ten images at once and edit them afterwards with options like Best Shot and Action Shot, among the rest of the Lumia exclusive features like Nokia Music for unlimited streaming of free music playlists, HERE Drive+ and HERE Maps with augmented reality view.
The Nokia Lumia 925 introduces metal for the first time to the Nokia Lumia range with the polycarbonate back coming in white, grey or black. A wireless charging cover, available separately in white, black, yellow, and red can be clipped onto the back of the phone to take advantage of Nokia's extensive wireless charging accessories and ecosystem.
An additional feature coming to Lumia first with the Nokia Lumia 925 is a beta version of the Nokia Glance Screen introducing the standby screen clock. Now, with a quick look and without pushing any buttons, users can see the time and the battery level indicator on the screen when the phone is not used. A double tap on the standby screen now wakes the phone up, making it easier to unlock.
The phones main specs:
The Nokia Lumia 925 will be priced around 469 EUR (PhP24,995) before taxes and subsidies.
