Nokia Unveils Its Very First 4.7 inch Phone, The Powerful Yet Affordable Nokia Lumia 625

Yesterday, Nokia teases the world that something BIG is coming, literally true as they unveiled today its first 4.7" super sensitive LCD screen phone via the Windows Phone 8 powered Nokia Lumia 625.

Nokia headlines a fast, fun and affordable tag for the phone. Fast being powered by a 1.2Ghz Dual Core processor. Fun with its five brightly colored changeable shells that adds to the Live Tile personalization brought by Windows Phone 8; 165,000 apps including Vimeo, Temple Run and WhatsApp; range of integrated camera applications like Nokia Smart Camera - offering handy features like removing unwanted objects from pictures; Nokia Cinemagraph, among others. Lastly, affordable being only 220 Euro or PhP12,000+ before tax and subsidies.

Powered by the latest version of Windows Phone 8 and including the Nokia Lumia Amber update, the Nokia Lumia 625 promised to deliver a richer and easier to use smartphone experience on top of Windows Phone's unique features like Live Tiles that updates information directly to the home screen, People Hub that makes it easy to stay connected with friends and family, Xbox Live, 7GB of online SkyDrive storage, and more.

It will also be powered by Nokia exclusive services like HERE Maps, Drive and Transport and of course the critically acclaimed Nokia Music. It will also be the first device to feature Coloud's(TM) BOOM(TM) headphones that combine audio prowess with excellent value, and integrated microphone and buttons for voice calls and music control.


The Nokia Lumia 625 will be available in a range of colors including orange, yellow, bright green, white and black which will begin selling in China, Europe, Asia Pacific, India, Middle East, Africa and Latin America in Q3 2013.
