Disappointment; Globe Out Of Love
Was I fooled or it was just me, a big FOOL.. From the bottom of my soul, I would like to express my disappointment with Globe Telecom, my recent Mobile Service Provider for orchestrating deception, for fooling me big time.
It all started when I applied for a postpaid plan P1,200. I switched from Smart to Globe with the thought of enjoying a comfortable Mobile Service being the only Provider that can gave me a full bar signal at home and with a competitive price as well. I was really happy with it and even complemented them on my previous blog, not until my first bill came in.
I was shock when I found out that the postpaid plan P1,200 that their referring into was not really a P1,200 bill payment but a P1,450 bill since they added a value added tax (VAT) for about P250 on the total bill. Was it a coincidence that I was not informed by it right from the start or was it because I didn't read their contract thoroughly, and that it was part of their plan to deceive me so I can say that the prize is competitive with Smart Communications? With Smart I will only have to pay the exact P1,200 bill as was stated, no VAT included, no hidden charges. Was that intentional for Globe's part not to tell me about it or It was just me not being so keen with reading contracts?
What a shame Globe, I cant believe you resulted into such act just to be competitive, fooling customers. This is the most unhappiest contract I've been to, if only I have a choice, I only Smart have full signal in my place, I would really shift back to them, and not continue with Globe..
Please Smart, increased your signal here in Clarin Misamis Occidental.. Please!! people, don't be deceive by Globe, there not as good as they say they are. there a bunch of scumbags. Don't apply for their Postpaid Plan, don't avail of their service unless you don't have a choice like me..

Surprise!! I Love Surprise!
I can't believe what I just found out..The Nokia N82 Black Edition is selling like hotcakes in Cagayan De Oro City leaving no trace of the device anywhere. I visited several mobile shops and malls just to be informed that stocks have been sold out. Its ridiculous and pathetic because I have been wanting to own this phone for weeks now and when the opportunity came that I have enough cash to purchase it, it wasn't there for me to gasped. I have been eagerly wanting to own one that I've decided not to wait for my Metrobank Credit Card to arrived and just buy it through cash, I even traveled for 4 long hours for this.. a real disappointment, dismaler, outrageous...Paging Nokia Philippines, produce more units please and ship it right away here before I lost interest on it and shift to a formidable touchscreen interface device, Sony Ericsson's w960i which is very much available. I'm giving you a chance, say a month to boost your supply here or else.... Entiendes?
One week!! I'm watching you!!

Love The Most Awaited Clash Of Two Titans
Nokia VS Apple
Nokia, the leading mobile phone manufacturer in the world will launch its own touch screen dedicated device to compete with the most popular mobile touch screen device in the world, Apple's Iphone. The Nokia device code name Tube will compete with the Iphone in all aspect, even incorporating the specs of their current popular high end devices to it with the likes of 5mega pixel camera, zenon flash, GPS, wifi, 3G HSDPA among others. On the other hand, Apple will also launch another Iphone version, this time with 3G support, high end camera, GPS among others. It will then be a head to head collission with features, capacity and style with the ultimate goal of being the best and most innovative ever.

Who will win this?!!
In terms of sales, my prediction will be the Nokia Tube since Nokia is a well stablish company all over the world, marketing and advertising will be a breeze while Iphone can only be sold in selected countries. Nokia will definitely eat a sum of Apples market share.
In terms of features, Nokia wins as well. Nokia is good in incorporating new features and other phones features as well and improving them thus making them their own.
The most that Apple could do is lower there prize soo they can compete with Nokia.
By the start of 2009, we could either have Nokia Tube or Apple Iphone2 in our hands. Either way, us, the buyers are the real winners here. We could enjoy to the fullest what mobile technology can offer and the best is yet to come.

Im Dying To Have This Love Phone!!
Good Morning Everyone. Thanks for taking time to visit my blog that if there are any? How will I know if I have visitors on this blog?c",well...
The Phone To Die For HeHeHe.
The Nokia N82 Black Series.
Its been a week now that Ive been searching for a new phone to have and to hold. At first I was thinking about getting a touchscreen phone with the likes of iPhone, O2, HTC Touch, I-mate, among others but reached to a conclusion of not having them because of inconvenience. Yes, I can say that this touchscreen phones are inconvenient to used because you have to use both hands in using them and if your a practical type of person, you will realized that in the real world
like when your walking on the street or when your riding a bus, train etc. using them is very difficult specially if you carry several loads with you. You have to take out the stylus, and do a lot of pen pointing before you can do simple task such as text or call. Its quite risky as well specially if your here in the Philippines where snatching is fraudulent, among the other disadvantages of touchscreen phones and there were several of them, thanks to the advises given by Steve Lietchfield of AllAboutSymbian.Among the Non Touchscreen phones, the N82 black edition came as my most desirable phone to have, because it has the all the features I need. Aside from its eye catching look, it has a 5 megapixel camera with zenon flash that produces well balanced colored pictures. I love traveling and taking pictures a lot and also been wanting to buy a digital camera in that matter and so this phone satisfy that aspect. A GPS is a plus factor to since I dont have to buy maps every time I want to explore places I haven't been to. The n-gage games is a big factor as well as the MP3, MP4 player, the Bluetooth A2DP and the WIFI among others.
Unfortunately, I still have to wait for about 3 weeks or more since I need to purchase this phone through a credit card so I can earn points c", My recently approved Metrobank credit card is on the way and it will only be a matter of time before I can hold on to this beautiful piece of art. That if Nokia can Read this blog and decide to give this phone to me for free Hehehe, I will then be featuring this Phone everyday on this blog.
Anyways thanks for taking time in reading this blog. I promise to give you helpful information next time.
If you have comments or suggestion like topics to discuss, feel free to leave messages.
Thanks and GOD Bless!

Globe versus Smart; Lovers Rivalry

Globe versus Smart website.. A miss matched among Philippines leading Mobile Telecommunication Networks..Judging overall, smart offers far more better when it comes to website design, information and service delivery, usability, almost, all technical aspect and features. Smart wins farther in customer support either sales or technical support and wins them by mile.
Globe didn't seem to care about their website, its dull, badly designed, worse poor inquiry service, lacks important information that matters and with features being to old school. The website lacks luster, lacks excitement, lacks vibe..
What are they thinking then? If they want to compete with Smart they must fare better in all aspect of the competition including the web. Where do you think most of the people spend their free times nowadays, its not with radio or television anymore, not even with newspapers and broadsheets, its with the world wide web, more and more people access the web nowadays to surf, chat online or play games. The web has become a powerful tool in communication, in spreading information. Globe needs to realize this.
Smart is far way hip and trendy yet classy and business like. They were able to target majority of the market, the youth and the young professionals.
Globe has a lot of catching up to do, they must have a website that is informative as possible, write about what you have and what customers could benefit from using their service, put up a 24hour service support team that can answer online inquiries right away and last but not the least, let young minds design their site so they could cope up with the newest trends.
All this matters in a website, All this matters in the companies future.
Visit both websites to compare and see the difference: for Smart: www.smart.com.ph while for Globe: www.globe.com.ph

The Big Switched!! How To Love
I've been a big fan of Smart Communication ever since I switched to the network 2 years ago. My first sim was Globe and been using it for 3 years not until I was asked by my ex girlfriend to continue her Smart postpaid plan that I left Globe for good. From then on, I was using and loving it, I was impress by its services, they have the most up to date features and always the first to introduce something new in the world of mobile service.
But then I have to switched back to Globe, the second rate trying hard company c", because of the mediocre signal of Smart in our house and worst of all, their claiming as the largest network in the country with the widest coverage and yet our place is a dead zone, how ironic is that for a claim being in a place very close to a city, big shame, pure media frenzy. We transferred in this place just recently and can't stand delayed text or unclear calls because of poor signal. I have to go out of the house every time I make calls or texts, very inconvenient in my part.
Now I'm happy to have switched. With Globe, I can enjoy the best signal in the world serving me with the real essence of owning mobile phone, communication and accessibility.
And also, a heartfelt thanks to Globe for approving our postpaid plan application 2 weeks ago, it was sweet of you.

Love Travel, From Ozamis City to Zamboanga City
Traveling had become one of my pastime aside from the fact that its part of my work and I have been loving every moment of it.
My blog will then feature helpful information as it describes ways on how, where, when and what to do upon traveling to the places that I have visited.
In today's blog, I'm going to give details regarding the best route in reaching Zamboanga City (Asia's Latin City) from Ozamis City.
Ozamis is a buzzling city of Misamis Occidental. It is considered as the gateway city of central mindanao as it has an airport serving Manila-Ozamis route via Air Philippines and a seaport with almost all shipping companies catering service from Manila, Cebu, Dumaguete among others.
From Ozamis City, you have to travel to Pagadian City first because there is no direct trip to Zamboanga City. The only mode of transport is thru a bus. The Rural Transit Mindanao Inc. is the only bus company that serves this route.
This is the Agora bus terminal with Rural Tours bus on the ally waiting for passengers.
Closer look to the Rural Transit Bus that travels
Ozamis - Pagadian route.
Aircon Bus: P 120.00
Non Aircon Bus: P 100.00
The time of travel is about 2hours in an aircon bus and about 3hours in a non aircon bus.
From the Agora bus terminal, the bus will unload you to the Pagadian Integrated Bus Terminal which is about 2 kms away from the city proper. It is where you can find bus that covers the Zamboanga route.
This is how the Pagadian City Integrated Bus Terminal looks at night with several stranded passengers sleeping on rented folding beds. Most of this passengers were bound to other destinations except Zamboanga City as the route serves at a 24hours basis.
There are actually a number of passengers that travels by night in the Pagadian-Zamboanga route since traveling time is shorter due to direct services offered by Rural Transit. They are by the way the only bus company again that serves this route. All thought there are small number of vans as competitors but their quite risky to ride on and very uncomfortable.
Fare Rates: Pagadian City - Zamboanga City
Airconditioned: P370.00
Non Airconditioned: P320.00
Traveling Time:
7hours for Airconditioned Bus Daytime
6hours Night time
8hours for Non Aircon Bus Daytime
7hours Night time
Upon reaching Zamboanga City, you well be unloaded in the Zamboanga City Guiwan Terminal. Its about 3kms away from the city proper so you have to ride in either a jeep that has a "Pueblo" sign in front or at the side or a motorela which is like a taxi that can take you wherever you want. Fare for the Jeep: P6.00 only while the motorela can cost you at around P30.00.
Well thats about it for now, my next blog will cover my stay in Zamboanga City. Places I visited, etc.
Gud Day to Everyone!
